NJBP welcomes qualified reviewers in business and management. Reviewers play a critical role in maintaining academic quality and supporting authors with constructive feedback.

Who can serve as a reviewer

• PhD holders or advanced researchers in relevant business fields

• Academics with recent publications in reputable journals

• Practitioners with strong research experience (when appropriate)

Reviewer expectations

• Provide objective, constructive, and confidential reviews

• Evaluate originality, clarity, method, contribution, and implications

• Submit the review within the agreed timeframe
